Updates, backups, monitoring, fixes and an agreed amount of change work each month. Anything larger is quoted as a project so it never quietly eats the retainer.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit of the site, the hosting and the access, then agree what the plan covers.
How do we send requests?
By email to the team that works on your site. Each request is logged, and you get a report of what was done.
How much does a website or online store cost?
Cost depends on the number of page templates, custom functionality, integrations, content migration and how much design work is involved. After we understand the requirements we send a proposal with scope, timeline and cost, so the price reflects your project rather than a fixed package.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope, how ready the content is and how quickly feedback comes back. The proposal includes a delivery plan with stages and review points, so you know the schedule before work starts.
