We propose the people
Profiles from our own team, with what each has actually built. Nobody is recruited for you after the fact and presented as bench.
You interview them
You speak to the people who would do the work and decide. A person you did not approve does not join your project.
Access, scope and kickoff
Repository, environments, board, working hours and the definition of done, agreed in writing. Then a kickoff with your team, not an email introduction.
Sprints, reviews and continuity
They work from your backlog in your process. Code is reviewed in-house as well as by you, and what they build stays documented, so a handover is never a reconstruction.

It depends on who is free and what the stack is. We will tell you the earliest honest date rather than a date that sounds good on a call.
Do they work in our tools?
Yes. Your repository, your board, your standups. Access and working hours are agreed in writing before the first day.
Can we interview the developer before they start?
Yes, and we would rather you did. You speak to the people who would do the work and decide. Someone you did not approve does not join your project.
What happens if it is not working out?
Tell us early. We will replace the person from the same team, with a handover so the work does not restart from nothing, or we end the engagement on the notice agreed in the contract.
Can we scale up or down?
Yes. Adding a skill for a sprint or dropping back to one person is a change to the engagement, agreed in writing before it takes effect rather than applied to the next invoice as a surprise.
Who owns the code they write?
You do. IP is assigned to you, the work lives in your repository from day one, and access, accounts and documentation are handed over at the end.
How much does a website or online store cost?
Cost depends on the number of page templates, custom functionality, integrations, content migration and how much design work is involved. After we understand the requirements we send a proposal with scope, timeline and cost, so the price reflects your project rather than a fixed package.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on scope, how ready the content is and how quickly feedback comes back. The proposal includes a delivery plan with stages and review points, so you know the schedule before work starts.
