ENGAGEMENT & DELIVERY

Engagement models built for how you actually work.

Every roadmap is different. We offer four engagement models, from a rapid proof of concept to a long-term dedicated team. Pick the one that fits your constraints: budget, timeline, and how settled the scope is. We fit into your process.

Engagement models

Pick the shape of the engagement

Every model is staffed from the same in-house team in Vadodara. You are not handed to a different unit when the contract changes.

01Validation

Rapid POC

A working prototype of the risky part, built before the full project is committed.

Best for:

Validating an idea, or settling a technical question before scoping a build.

Key deliverables

  • Working code prototype of high-risk components
  • Direct technical assessment and feasibility readout
  • Zero rebuild needed when continuing to full development
02Milestone

Fixed Scope

An agreed scope, timeline and price, delivered by a team put together for it and released at the end.

Best for:

Builds, redesigns and migrations where the requirements are already settled.

Key deliverables

  • Agreed deliverable roadmap, timeline, and milestones
  • Fixed budget certainty with clear milestone reviews
  • Structured handover, QA protocol, and production launch
03Agile squad

Dedicated Team

A group of developers and designers with a project lead, assigned to your account and working from your backlog.

Best for:

Long-running roadmaps where priorities change between sprints.

Key deliverables

  • Dedicated cross-functional team (engineers, UI/UX, PM)
  • You own the backlog and control sprint priorities
  • Direct daily syncs with developers in your workspace
04Direct embed

Staff Augmentation

Individual developers or designers joining your team, your process and your standups.

Best for:

Teams that need a specific skill for a while without hiring for it.

Key deliverables

  • Vetted engineers joining your existing team and standups
  • Targeted technical skills without recruitment overhead
  • Flexible scaling up or down as roadmap demand shifts

How to choose

Pick the model that matches your constraint.

Three questions decide it: how certain is the scope, how long do you need the people, and who owns the backlog?

Scenario

An idea to validate, or one technical unknown to settle

Best model:Rapid POC
Why it fits:

Fast learning. A working prototype and a clear go or no-go, before the full build is committed.

Scenario

A defined build with settled requirements

Best model:Fixed Scope
Why it fits:

Certainty. Agreed scope, agreed timeline, and agreed commercial terms.

Scenario

A long-running roadmap with priorities that move

Best model:Dedicated Team
Why it fits:

Flexibility. Scale the team up or down, and you own the backlog sprint to sprint.

Scenario

Your own team needs a specific skill for a while

Why it fits:

No hiring overhead. Our developers join your process, standups, and codebase directly.

Scenario

The prototype worked and you are ready to build it properly

Why it fits:

No restart. The developers who built the prototype carry on without handover loss.

Our process

Seven stages, and the last one has no end.

Every build runs through the same stages whichever model it is staffed under. Most of the relationship happens in the last one.

01

Discover

We learn about the business, its audience, the requirements and what is already in place.

02

Define

Together we agree the scope, sitemap, technical approach and delivery plan.

03

Design

We work through user journeys, wireframes and responsive interface design.

04

Develop

We build reusable components and connect the CMS, store and any third-party services.

05

Test

We check functionality, devices, browsers, accessibility and performance before launch.

06

Launch

We handle content migration, redirects, analytics and the production release.

07Ongoing stage

Support

After launch we stay on for maintenance, fixes and further development where needed.

Proactive maintenance & security updates
Sprint-by-sprint continuous feature evolution

Engineering standards

How we collaborate, build, and ship.

We operate with complete engineering transparency: direct access to your developers, daily visibility, and zero bureaucratic middle layers.

Direct Developer Access

No account manager telephone games. You communicate directly with the engineers, designers, and technical leads building your software.

100% Codebase Ownership

You own all intellectual property, source code, architecture plans, and assets from day one. Pushed directly to your git repositories.

Transparent Sprint Tracking

Track progress in real time through shared boards (Linear, Jira, GitHub), weekly milestone demos, and clear asynchronous updates.

Strict Quality & CWV Gates

Every pull request passes peer reviews, automated linting, multi-browser QA testing, and Core Web Vitals performance checks.

Questions

Questions we get asked

Everything you need to know about our engagement terms, sprint schedules, and codebase handover.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on scope, how ready the content is and how quickly feedback comes back. The proposal includes a delivery plan with stages and review points, so you know the schedule before work starts.

How much does a website or online store cost?

Cost depends on the number of page templates, custom functionality, integrations, content migration and how much design work is involved. After we understand the requirements we send a proposal with scope, timeline and cost, so the price reflects your project rather than a fixed package.

Can we hire a dedicated developer instead of outsourcing a whole project?

Yes. You can add a dedicated web, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow or Laravel developer or a UI/UX designer to your team, or work with a small dedicated team that follows your roadmap.

Do you support websites after launch?

Yes. Maintenance covers updates, backups, security monitoring and fixes, and can include a monthly allocation of development time for improvements.

Which platform should we choose: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or WooCommerce?

It depends on who will run the site and what it needs to do. WordPress suits content-led websites with many pages and editors. Shopify suits stores that want a managed platform with less upkeep. WooCommerce suits stores that sit alongside WordPress content or need custom store logic. Webflow suits marketing sites that a small team edits. Laravel suits portals and web applications. We recommend one after the discovery stage.

Can you redesign our website without losing search rankings?

A redesign puts rankings at risk when URLs, content and metadata change without a plan. We review existing pages, map every important URL to its new destination, set up 301 redirects and check indexing after launch to protect the visibility you already have.
